help for postpartum depression and anxiety

Postpartum Depression (PPD) is the number one complication following childbirth. One in five women and one in ten men experience a mood disorder following the arrival of a child. Often, the symptoms actually start during pregnancy. The good news? PPD is very treatable. The earlier you seek help, the faster your recovery will be.

Many of the clients I work with never imagined that their symptoms of anger, irritability, insomnia, and/or sadness were actually part of PPD. Some felt that this is the new normal. Some were just "white-knuckling" it, hoping it would go away. But once they reached out for help, they got better.

Call now for a free phone consultation: 917-397-0323. We'll discuss your circumstances and I'll answer your questions about how I help parents feel good again. Then if you're ready, we can go ahead and schedule an appointment at my Union Square or Park Slope office.
